First psychological session for women
At our first meeting we will get to know each other and discuss how I can help you. We will look at your issues and decide which areas of work are most important to you. I specialise in women's confidence and liberation, helping you to free yourself from guilt, fear, anxiety and stress.
You will be able to:

• Learn to say ‘no’ without awkwardness
• Present yourself confidently as a woman
• Overcome fear of high-status people
• Establish personal boundaries
